These vending machines are available at Madrid Barajas airport, in the transit hall at terminal 4S used for non-Schengen flights. And they work just like regular vending machines which sell drinks, snacks and chocolate bars. You enter the number indicated next to the product on the keypad, pay by credit card and get the product delivered.
