Hilton today opened its latest hotel in London. Hilton London Bankside Hotel is located in central London, on the south bank right between Waterloo Station and London Bridge Station and just a short walk from Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

The hotel has been designed in cooperation with Dexter Moran and Twenty2Degrees and offers 292 rooms including 25 suites and executive rooms with access to an executive lounge where breakfast, afternoon tea and evening menus are served. There is also a penthouse apartment with a private roof-top terrace, 100 sqm entertainment area and view across London.

On the ground floor the hotel restaurant OXBO Bankside offers all-day dining, with local British ingredients wherever possible. The restaurant is a relaxed space with an open kitchen in front of the guests.

In the hotel bar The Distillery, 50 types of gins are served as well as the own Distillery Beer on tap. The bar is located on the same site as Stevenson & Howell’s Standard Works, a renowned essence factory in the 1800s.

The hotel also features a health club with treatment rooms and an indoor swimming pool and the large Bankside Ballroom for up to 700 guests.
