Innovative gate areas at Tallinn Lennart Meri airport

Tallinn Lennart Meri airport may not be the largest of airports and the selection of shops, restaurants and facilities is limited. But it does have one thing that definitely stands out, some truly nice-looking and very innovative gate areas.

Although these are quite obviously sponsored by various commercial companies the airport authorities have designed them just brilliantly, creating some very colourful and innovative waiting areas in various different themes. There is for example a gate promoting the ferry company Tallink, one for the Estonian beer brewery A Le Coq, and one at gate 5 for the Estonian Tourist Board, where they also encourage passengers to take selfies from Estonia to upload on social media.
