Starting today Austrian Airlines will begin the renovation process of its three business class lounge and two Senator lounges at Vienna airport. The lounges will be given a new design with a focus on Austria and individuality according to the info given by the airline.

Tailor-made Austrian furniture will also be added as well as a new textile concept with rugs and curtains and cut-outs from pictures by Austrian artists. There will also be real trees in the Senator lounges.

The lounges will be refurbished one at a time so the remaining four can stay open for passengers. The entire work is expected to be completed in spring 2018.
