KLM today announced they have signed an agreement with a new catering company to provide the food and drinks in the KLM Crown Lounges at Amsterdam Schiphol. The catering firm, Vermaat, will provide catering for both the Schengen and the non-Schengen lounges.
According to the information given by KLM, Vermaat are currently developing new catering concepts for the lounge including “stylish, high-quality, pure products and live cooking” with the aim to raise the standard of KLM’s lounge products.
