Today Nordic Choice Hotels, one of the largest hotel groups in the Nordic countries, took over the former Hilton hotel at Copenhagen airport which will now be rebranded to a Clarion hotel. The new full name from today is “Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport”.

This is a key acquisition for Nordic Choice at a very desirable location. The hotel is the closest one to the terminal complex at the airport with less than five minutes walk from the hotel lobby to the airline check-in desks.

The hotel has 382 rooms and 29 meeting rooms and will now get the full Clarion concept introduced during the next few months. A complete renovation will also be carried out at a cost of 70 million Danish crowns including hotel rooms, meeting rooms, the lobby and the restaurant.

The signature restaurant “Kitchen & Table by Marcus Samuelsson” will also open during the autumn 2017.
