During the next three years hotel group Carlson Rezidor will expand its Belgian portfolio with three new hotels in the cities of Antwerp-Berchem, Hasselt and Bruges. All three hotels will be run part of the Park Inn by Radisson brand.
Park Inn by Radisson Antwerp Berchem will be located across the Antwerp-Berchem railway station and will feature 133 guest rooms, a lobby bar and lounge, an all-day restaurant and three meeting rooms. The hotel is scheduled to open in the beginning of 2018.
The Park Inn by Radisson Hasselt will be located in the city centre of Hasselt, adjacent to the existing Radisson Blu Hotel Hasselt. The hotel will feature 84 rooms, a lobby bar and lounge and an all-day restaurant. The meeting and event facilities will be shared with the Radisson Blu hotel. The hotel is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2016.
The Park Inn by Radisson Bruges will be the first Carlson Rezidor in Bruges. The hotel will be located next to the railway station, around 2 km from the historic city centre. The hotel will offer 111 rooms, a lobby bar, an all-day restaurant, eight meeting rooms, a gym and parking. The hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2018.
