Air France & KLM today introduced a dedicated telephone service for platinum members in their frequent flyer program Flying Blue. The dedicated phone number is designed to work as a single point of contact for all questions relating to flight reservations, check-in, baggage enquiries and the Flying Blue program.
The service will initially be offered to platinum members based in the Netherlands. The service will be available Monday-Friday from 8 am until 8 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am until 5.30 pm. Platinum members are personally being informed about how they can access this service.
