Stockholm Skavsta airport south of Stockholm has opened its first ever business lounge. The lounge is located airside in the Schengen transit area next to the bar.

The lounge offers hot and cold beverages, including beer and wine, snacks, newspapers and free Wi-Fi. There are comfortable armchairs, work tables and plenty of power sockets to charge laptops and mobile phones.

The price to enter the lounge is 299 SEK, around 33 euro. Lounge access can be booked on the Skavsta airport webpage in advance or at the Service Centre or The Bar at the airport on the day of departure. It is currently not possible to enter with for example a Priority Pass or Diners Club card.

A pre-booked business lounge access also give access to the fast track channel through the security control.

Skavsta airport is mainly used by low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Wizz Air and is often referred to as “Stockholm South airport”.
