The BA Burger has been a signature dish in the British Airways Galleries First Lounges for many years, traditionally served with cheese and bacon. However they now seem to have made some changes in the way the burger is served in the Galleries First lounge at Heathrow terminal 5. It is now delivered in a wooden box rather than on a traditional plate, following in the footsteps of how the BA Burger is served in the Galleries First Lounge at London Gatwick. Overall I like the new presentation.
There is also an updated a la carte menu with dishes to order from. And of course the standard self-service buffet with different main courses, vegetables, cold cuts, sandwiches and desserts is still available.
