In September a new arrivals taxfree shop will open at Oslo Gardermoen airport. The new shop will measure 4000 sqm, doubling the size compared to today. According to the airport authorities the new shop will give arriving passengers a new unique shopping experience and the new space will enable the introduction of a large number of new products. Also the number of checkout counters will increase from 28 to 43.

In the beginning of December a new taxfree shop for departing passengers will also open in the new transit hall. The shop is expected to open 1 December 2016.
